How It Works
Patient consent captured
Recording is only possible once explicit consent is captured for that visit — there's no way to record without it.
Consultation recorded
The doctor records the consultation audio directly against the patient visit.
Transcribed and drafted into a note
The recording is transcribed, and a structured clinical note — organized by subjective findings, objective findings, assessment, and plan — is drafted automatically.
Doctor reviews and saves
The doctor reviews the draft, edits anything necessary, and only then is it saved to the patient's permanent record.
What the AI does
- Transcribes a consented consultation recording
- Drafts a structured clinical note from that transcript
- Extracts mentioned diagnoses, treatments, medications, and follow-ups as a starting point for the doctor to confirm
What the AI doesn't do
- Diagnose a patient or decide a treatment plan
- Save a note without a doctor reviewing it first
- Record a consultation without explicit patient consent
Consent and Data Handling
Recording a consultation requires the patient's consent to be captured first — this is enforced, not optional. The recording, transcript, and drafted note are all stored against that specific patient visit, under the same role-based access control as the rest of the patient record, so only authorized clinic staff can see them.
